“art for wellness” program

HEALTHY MINDS, THRIVING BUSINESS

Your organisation’s commitment to work-life balance

ART FOR WELLNESS

“Art for Wellness” can become part of a healthy corporate life routine, where creative living and well-being are intrinsic parts of its culture.

The “Art for Wellness” Program is designed to meet specific organisational needs and can be tailored to address a large array of mental health needs or group dynamics. It can be a much-needed workplace intervention that provides a fresh and novel creative break in the workday.

Combining my background as an art therapist with my professional expertise gained from working in multinational corporations, I have developed a unique skill set that enables me to facilitate transformative experiences for organisations through the medium of art.

Any organisation or institution

Any organisation can play an active role in alleviating the day-to-day pressures their professional communities are confronted with and help establish a healthy work-life balance for their employees. Businesses with workplace wellness programs reported higher levels of employees’ engagement, reduced absenteeism and improved productivity.

How does your organisation benefit?
One-time Interventions?

Programs of 6 sessions or ad-hoc events

Is it possible to have a one-time intervention? In addition to regular art therapy workshops, I can support ad-hoc events by designing group activities in connection to a specific theme:
team building,
coaching events,
social causes and affinity network events,
support community events.
